Small plates with global accents and an affinity for wine are what’s for dinner at three-week-old Estela. In the former Nolita House space upstairs from co-owner Mark Connell’s Botanica, Chef Ignacio Mattos (formerly of Isa in Brooklyn) makes Chowhound-endorsed dishes like egg with gigantes and cured tuna, and trout with favas, yuzu, and horseradish.
