When Sawtelle Kitchen called it quits earlier this year, Chowhounds accurately predicted that a small-plates restaurant would take its place. Flores scores points with its inventive dinner menu: There’s chicken liver bruschetta, pig cheek croquettes with seaweed aioli, and Texas caviar with egg and ham hock. Breakfast, lunch, and brunch menus are forthcoming.
