Hot dry noodles are a traditional dish in Wuhan, China. They’re typically made by heating precooked noodles in boiling water, then mixing them with soy sauce, sesame paste, vegetables, garlic, and meat. A great rendition of hot dry noodles has surfaced at Tasty Dining, a new restaurant in San Gabriel. A report on Chowhound also praised the catfish dry pot, which PandanExpress calls “flavorful and spicy,” and the tender chicken-wing dry pot. Griddled meats are a feature here, including unusual choices like bullfrog.
