Known for switching things up with fresh cuts, the meat masters at Takashi are at it again. They’ve just unleashed an amazing “mega” sparerib with “Asian-Cajun” barbecue sauce (pictured). “So tender it started falling off the bone as it cooked. Delicious!” kathryn says. Another worthy addition to the menu is house-made Kobe beef bresaola with blue cheese, hazelnuts, and apple-honey-soy mustard, kosmose7 reports. Look for both among the specials.
