Intestine is a current obsession for poggibonzzi, who finds the “fatty, chewy texture” and “somewhat bitter, unique … taste addictive.” poggibonzzi’s preferred place for an intestine fix: Yangmani, an all-you-can-eat Korean barbecue joint. The small and large intestines are exceptional, and the beef brisket is superior to the versions at other restaurants.

“I’ve tried [Sichuan], Taiwanese, Cantonese, Filipino, other Korean styles, and I dote on them all but I have to say Yangmani’s is the one I can recommend without reservations to adventurous foodies,” poggibonzzi says.
