Food and drink that has us seeing gold
While I enjoy steaks and burgers as much as any meat lover, I do like to keep meals veggie-focused at least once a week. It helps to find salads with unique flavors and ingredients full of substance. Many meat lovers balk at the idea of skipping meat but I find Meatless Mondays a fun challenge for those of us who aren't vegetarian. If you're worried about getting full without your daily intake of meat, choose a salad that has a grain: wheat berries, bulgur, or quinoa. You'll be amazed at the difference they will make in helping you feel satisfied. Here are 10 salads for keeping your Meatless Monday fresh and exciting....

Hi! I'm Grace and I am a lifestyle blogger who loves adventure, shopping and food. I have a Middle Eastern background so of course I love to make (and obviously eat) all sorts of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean foods. Cakes are my favorite food in the world and sadly, I can never exercise self control around them. When we travel, I usually have a list of places that I want to try in that area and it's pretty normal to hear me talking about the next food spot while I'm enjoying my current one. I guess you could say life revolves around food. Thanks for joining me on this foodie adventure and if you're looking for some wanderlust, check out my instagram!
