Ingredients
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
  1. In a bowl, whisk to combine the red wine vinegar and Dijon mustard. Alternatively, you can use a lidded jar to shake the dressing ingredients.
  2. Slowly whisk in olive oil to emulsify (or shake to combine).
