Classic 5-Ingredient Pico de Gallo Recipe

Ingredients
  • 5 Roma tomatoes
  • ½ cup finely chopped sweet onion
  • 1 medium jalapeno, seeded and finely diced
  • 1/3 cup minced cilantro
  • Salt, to taste
Directions
  1. Quarter the Roma tomatoes.
  2. Using a small spoon, scoop out the seeds and discard.
  3. Dice the tomatoes and add to a medium sized bowl.
  4. Add onions, jalapeños, and cilantro to the tomatoes.
  5. Add lime juice and salt (and/or Tajin) to taste. Stir to combine.
  6. Allow pico de gallo to marinate for 15 minutes before serving.
