Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
  1. Place a metal bowl, the beaters, and the cream into the fridge to chill for 15 minutes.
  2. Once chilled, pour the cream into the bowl. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  3. Beat the cream for about 5 minutes, or until medium peaks form, which are in between stiff and soft. Beating for too long will cause the cream to split.
  4. Serve the whipped cream as desired.
