Hazelnut and Fig Baked Brie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (4 1/2-ounce) wheel Brie
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons fig jam
  • 4 fresh figs
  • 2 tablespoons roasted, chopped hazelnuts
  • 1 tablespoon honey
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.
  2. Place the Brie in a cast iron skillet or baking dish.
  3. Make a few cuts through the top skin of the Brie.
  4. Place the strings of rosemary inside the cutouts.
  5. Spread the fig jam on top.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and gooey.
  7. Place the Brie on a serving dish. Slice fresh figs and place them around the cheese.
  8. Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts on top and drizzle with honey.
  9. Serve with a choice of crackers, bread, or crostini.
