1. The Sagamore has not been doing well since WMC. They have already dimissed a large number of their staff and friends that used to work there tell me that Social is slated to close.

      Wow, thats too bad... I enjoyed the food when I dined there. Havent been more than that one time though, so I guess it didnt blow me away. I liked the space though.

         I had heard it from someone who generally follows the culinary grapevine but it was only something heard in passing. Hounds tend to get the scoop - like the early drumbeats about Evolution going south etc.

            Pretty much official. I never liked the place. It seemed too precious for its own good.
            Social in L.A. changed concepts. Michy B dropped out and they added a resurrected Citrus into the space.
            No big loss.
