If you are in the mood for a great steak, I would suggest "The Raindancer"

Thanks for both suggestions. I think Raindancer sounds like a good one.

A few great options in Downtown WPB... Forte di Asprinio (recently opened, modern Italian; owned by Stephen Asprinio from Bravo's Top Chef), Leila (fantastic middle eastern food; very warm atmosphere) and slightly further south Cafe Sapori is great for fresh, homemade Italian.

How is Asprinio supposed to be? Do they offer any interesting wine programs or flights?

L'Escalier, Bice, and Cafe Boulud in Palm Beach are fine dining, but I've never been. Too high end for me. You can Google their websites and see for yourself.
Bice in N. Palm Beach on PGA Blvd. is now open

L'Escalier is terrific. The food is delicious and the ambience can't be beat. Of course, you will pay for that. It is my favorite fine dining in PB County.Cafe Boulud is also great. The menu is interesting, service excellent; but informal, and while we have the last vestiges of cooler weather, a nice place to dine on the patio. To me, Bice is okay; but nothing special. You might also consider the Restaurant in the Four Seasons Hotel; but of these four, if money were no object, I'd pick L'Escalier every time.
