Meat Grinders
What do you recommend to grind meat at home? The cheaper the better. I don't have a Kitchen Aid. I want to mostly grind chuck for burgers, probably about twice a month or so.

Check out the flea markets and look for the old ones that you attach to a countertop. Ebay is also a good source. Either that or a cheap food processor from Walmart, when using the food processor make sure the meat is already cut into 1'' cubes and is very cold but not frozen.

if money is a bit issue then go with a hand crank meat grinder. Food processors do not do the same thing as a grinder.
