Doesn't Neese's do it? They make Liver Pudding - and I'm sure they do something like that...

I love scrapple (used to be in the DC area, near enough to Amish country in Pennsylvania). I'm in Western NC now, and here we don't get Neese but rather Jenkins brand. Jenkins "Scrapple" and "Liver Mush" are sold side by side in my local Bi-Lo, and frankly I can't much tell the difference between them. So if you see liver mush try it. Basically it's the NC version of scrapple--see the link below.

Neese's definitely makes it. You should be able to find it...I would try Food Lion.

You are right, I saw it by Neese at a Food Lion in Cary earlier in the week.

Funny that I found this thread. I was just looking at Neese's scrapple in my local Food Lion in Durham just yesterday.

If you have a Publix Supermarket in your area, they have scrapple in the Frozen Meats section of the store. We live in Summerville, SC and that is further south than Triangle of NC but the question remains has Publix a FL based company has gotten north of South Carolina.

Publix has no stores in NC as yet.
