Smoky-Q in K-Town
I had a great dinner this weekend at Soot Bull Jeep. However, so much smoke gets in your eyes, which is fine for AM radio, but I like to keep them open while eating.
I like the coziness of Sa Rit Gol, but I do not think that they use charcoal, which taste I prefer. I also liked the dipping sauce better at Soot Bull Jeep and I would not mind a larger selection of pan chan (sp?)
Basically, I think I am looking for a Sa Rit Gol with charcoal and better ventilation.

Goggles and a change of clothing might be in order.
Try Park's BBQ next time. About 2x as good as Soot Bull Jeep.
