Must haves at Incanto?

headed to Incanto for a celebratory dinner. i know their salumi is wonderful, as are their organ meats and offal. Can recent diners share their ideas of wht you just shouldn't miss? Thanks!

            Second the duck fries and recommend the chicken liver ravioli, just had it three weeks ago. Don't miss the wine flight(s) too. Amazing selection each time we've been.

          2. Don't forget dessert! They have a ginger cake that is smothered in the most wonderful caramel butterscotch sauce that is to die for.
            Also, the "duck fries" are a novelty, if not as insanely delicious as the other items listed on this board.
