Is Dean and DeLuca coming to Aventura.
I was told by a coworker that Dean and DeLuca is opening up a large store in Avenutura. I think that would be great, but I do not know if it is really true. Does anyone know for sure?

Looked at the releases. Maybe someone got confused with Fashion Island in Newport Beach with Fashion Plaza on Biscayne. Damn!

I've been to the branch in KC and was not impressed at all. Williams-Sonoma re-packaged at best. Nothing outstanding as you would find at the NYC original. Maybe because it was in KC is why it was so lame, but I'm not holding my breath.

Then seriously, where in Miami-Dade can we go to for some serious kitchenware? I made a thread about it but so far, no posters. I was hoping Dean & DeLuca would come cuz, frankly, I'm not satisfied with Williams Sonoma. I do know Sur La Table opening up in Pembroke Pines... that is a much better place, but it's quite a drive.

I can't really help you there. I was at the Sur La Table in Santa Barbara last month and it was really weak. I had been to the Seattle branch and it was wonderful, but this particular one in SoCal was not good at all. Maybe these are just poor offshoots of their originals and the ones headed to S. Florida will be wonderful...........we can only hope!!!!!!!!!
