How to use up a lot of Kahlua...
I don't love the stuff, nor do I normally drink really sweet cocktails... but I have been gifted two large bottles! Need some different ideas beyond white russians or B52s.

Fire up the Big Lebowski and take a sip of a Caucasian every time they say "Dude"
Should finish both bottles half way in…

probably won't help much, but a shot w/ 1-Kahlua, 1-Chambord, and 1-Pastis is kind of interesting... I'm not even much into shots, but I find this one is interesting if you find a crowd that can handle Licorice/Anise flavor

Do you bake? You can substitute it for vanilla in recipes. Or make a big pan of Kahlua brownies.

put a couple ounces in a tupperware container, add twice as much milk, put in 1 ice cube, put the top on and shake the crap out of it. Nice foamy refreshing milk drink, probably good on your corn flakes too.

Created in beautiful Douglas Alaska - Duckfarts Not a nice name but a variation on a b52 - baileys, kahlua, crown royal. B54 same thing but with amaretto. Both of thes I like shaken with ice and strained so as to cut the thickness. Smith and Kerns - kahlua, coke and cream. Coffee with kahlua and frangelico. Ok all these are sweet so I'd go with the prior post and bake with it - chocolate kahlua truffles, brownies, cake, anything chocolate. Tiramisu with kahlua soaked ladyfingers. Hmmmm...must be dessert time!

If you drink coffee, a shot of Kahlua in the cup on a weekend morning is quite nice. Top with whipped cream for that fancy coffee experience!

Re-gift. Someone likes it. Give it to someone who really seems to like sweets and is not much of a drinker. Anyone who really likes Bailey's.
A shot in coffee is pretty good on a cold morning/afternoon but it will take a long time to get rid of it that way.

You could simmer it in a saucepan to cook the alcohol out of it, and have a nice coffee syrup for flavoring milk and frappes.

hardly imaginative, but delicious
just pour over vanilla ice-cream.

Or put them in a blender for a Kahlua milkshake.

Man, that Caucasian reference is funny...
You could make a funky version of the espresso "martini" with equal parts vodka, espresso and Kahlua. The vodka and the espresso will definitely keep this from being too sweet.

The holidays are coming up. Re-gift them.

Bake a really rich chocolate cake (or any flavor cake, for that matter) cool, punch full of holes with a chopstick, drown with Kahlua, then robe with ganache. For New Years Eve, you can top it off with a few flakes of gold. Very festive and people will think you're a baking wizard. It's pretty done in a bundt pan. Make a bunch as gifts and be drowned in gratitude for the coming year! '-)
