ISO fresh, spinach lasagna noodles
I used to frequent Bologna Pastificio when they used to make their spinach rotolo. I really don't have time right now but would like to make some spinach lasagna bolognese. Does anyone know where I can get some of these fresh, green spinach noodles? I have found dry in a specialty store but really would like fresh.

Queen's Pasta in Bloor West Village has fresh spinach lasagna noodles, as well as regular and a roasted red pepper one. You have to go to the store front (not the restaurant). It's just north of Bloor on Durie or Windermere (can't remember).
