There are numerous Thai restaurants around, but, the one that we have found that has the best food is Brookside Thai on Broad Street in Bloomfield. The food is just consistently delicious.
Here is alink to their website. The picture on their website is their original storefront restaurant. They have moved down a couple of stores and made a beautiful little restaurant and the food is just as good in the new location.

I second that. My friend introduced me to Brookside Thai recently. Went back the same week and craved the food since. Perhaps the best Thai I have tasted in this country so far! The family that runs it are very warm too.

I've never tried the place...how does it compare to Bankok Garden in Hackensack?

Agreed. The Drunken Noodles are fantastic. May actually be in Emerson...

I like Wondee on Main St in Haccksack, it is more authentic than the other Thai restaurant in bergen.

Try Khun Thon, 10 Marshall Hill Rd, West Milford. Authentic dishes and fusion Thai. Worth a trip.

I am not from Thailand, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE Thai food.
In Montclair, on Bloomfield Avenue:
1st choice: Thai Chef - great service, very nice atmosphere, exquisite presentation, delicious!
2nd choice: Tuptim - if they would only have better lighting in this restaurant. Food is great and reasonably priced.
