Russian Food

Hello everyone! I am researching a show for the Travel Channel to be shot in St. Petersburg this summer and I need a little help from some chowhounds! The show is a series of one-hour episodes that explore culture through food. We highlight foods that are unique to the area we are visiting and that are “bizarre” to those of us who are not natives. Also, we are very interested in traditional foods and methods of preparation.
