Sturgeon -- not smoked
It's my birthday soon and I'm hankering for a really great sturgeon dish -- but not smoked sturgeon. Any recommendations of restaurants that might feature this? Thanks!

Many Russian restaurants in Brooklyn have fresh broiled or grilled sturgeon on the menu, usually served with a pomegranate sauce on the side. You might check to see if Primorski has it. Also, the menupages menu for Saul lists:
Columbia River Sturgeon, Spanish chorizo, Bouchot mussels, parslied shellfish broth
25.00
You might want to verify that this is the current menu before you go to Saul, though.
