Doctor Kracker Flatbreads--love these things!
I recently discovered Doctor Kracker Flatbreads at my local co-op--there were several flavors. I've got the "pumpkin seed cheese" one and I'm really enjoying it. The first two ingredients are organic whole wheat flour and organic wheat flour...and also has cheddar cheese, pumpkin seeds, oat, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds, and sea salt (all organic, except the sea salt.) I love these things! Crunchy, with real flavor rather than tasting like cardboard as some other whole grain flatbreads can.
Can anyone comment on any of the other flavors? Are they good, too, or is the pumpkin seed cheese a lone wonder?

Dr. Krackers are the best -- I like all the flavors, just depends on my mood and when I'm eating them. My favorites are muesli -- I keep them in my car between meetings so if I get hungry, I have a healthy, substantial snack. Pumpkin seed cheese is awesome by itself. With cheese or peanut butter, I like the Klassic 3-Seed. Also great with peanut butter (and a favorite of kids) is the Krispy Grahams.

Wow, I've never seen the Krispy Grahams flavor. I'm going to have to check back at Whole Foods.

I'll have to try the Krispy Grahams, too. My flavor of the moment is Sunflower Cheese. Very heart. I
will agree with Dommy that they are a bit on the pricy side, but I'm trying to be so careful about what I eat right now, that I don't mind paying a little extra for something that tastes really good and is really healthy. I've been spreading a little Laughing Cow reduced fat cheese on these crackers, or, a little slice of smoked salmon, and it fills me up either for lunch (if I pair it with a salad and a piece of fruit) or makes a nice snack.

I agree!! these are great! I love to put them on a cracker tray along side a cheese and meat tray. They make quite the impression and are rather healthful. The only thing is that they ARE pricy...

I get the Seeded Spelt varierty. I bought them to dip in Hummus, and now I am hooked. They have a great crunch, and a delicious nutty flavor. They are good with cheese, but I prefer them with a smoother dip - hummus, a triple creme cheese...In my local Gristedes WHEN they are available, they are $6.99 - much pricier than the Carr's crackers I tend to buy, but these are also a healthy stand-alone snack. Never had the Pumpkin Seed Cheese but now on the lookout. PS - Also great with soup!
