pumpkin bread pudding/other thanksgiving dessert recipes
Hi. I'm looking for a truly great pumpkin bread pudding recipe. Although I'm an avid cook, I've never made bread pudding and would like to do so for my family thanksgiving celebration, so I need one that's proven and a winner the first time out. I love pumpkin bread pudding (sweet and savory versions), but can't say that I ever use a recipe, so I can't help there. But if you're looking to add a little pizzazz, consider bruleeing the top, just like a creme brulee. It's very nice.

I used one of the two on Epicurious, and they worked very well but were also quite rich. I wish I could remember which, though I think I used the Bluewater recipe for the bread pudding and the other recipe for the caramel sauce or vice versa.
