Chef Roland of Falmouth
I am planning an outdoor event this summer on Cape Cod in Falmouth.
Does anyone have experience with Chef Roland's Fine Foods catering?

Yes- my family and I have quite a bit of experience with Roland- all GOOD. We've used him for different occasions and actually my sisters just went to a post-funeral reception he catered yesterday. His menus change- always creative and fresh. You will get HIGH compliments if you go with him. Recommend enthusiastically.

we had chef roland do our wedding 2 years ago and the food
was great. we did it all vegetarian and he came up with some great stuff. roland as a person is very relaxed and his staff is great. as a warning, if you are a plan to the smallest little detail person, you may find him frustrating because he is not a planner. but what you get will be great.
