Berkshires/Lee MA dining options?

Hello everyone...
Couple from NYC who will be spending the weekend in Lee wondered if you have any tips on local lunch or dinner spots--
vegetarian-friendly and/or ethnic preferred.
We dont mind driving 10 miles or so outside of town.
and if there's great Thai somewhere in the Berkshires we'll drive quite a ways to get it

Thanks

  1. everyone knows what my answer will be: john andrews! it is SUCH a good restaurant. wonderful food, nice & cozy atmosphere, and good service. its not in lee, but pretty close ( 20 minutes-ish ? ) its in egremont before you get to catamount ski area and close to the hillsdale, ny border.

thai food...i am certainly NOT an expert on thai, but i have had dinner at siam square ( i think thats the name ) on main street in great barrington and it was VERY TASTY.

have a nice visit & report back!

    1. Vegetarian - Love Dog Cafe in Lenox is good, but their hours are a little strange.

      1. Kripalu, in Lenox, offers buffet vegetarian meals to the public at a reasonable cost. I understand that the owner of Love Dog Cafe is now overseeing the menu there, so that may be a good choice for visitors.
