Scoops in Queen Anne (SEA)
Anyone know anything about this replacement for the dearly departed Cow's Meow? Do they make their own ice cream? Is it a chain? I haven't had a chance to check it out yet--I'm still mourning the Cow's Meow strawberry, Danish sweet cream and espresso chip!

Hmmm...Scoops is the name of the ice cream shops in and around the Center House on the Seattle Center grounds. Is this part of that chain, I wonder?

It is indeed under the same ownership as the Scoops in Seattle Center. They serve Vitamilk ice cream. I don't think this is related to any other Scoops in the US ... Scoops is, after all, a rather obvious name to choose for an ice cream store.

Yes, it is chain stores. The ice-cream is average quality. You can find this chain anywhere in the US.
