Ok this is an easy yet wonderful tasty brunch or breakfast meal.
Take 3 eggs and and the 1% milk about 1 cup full, mix in bowl and whisk together. Then add cheese diced into small cubes, chop up broccoli heads and through out the stems or eat them. Then add Sea Salt, pepper and chopped chives now add 1 tablespoon of Bailey’s whisk in bowl.
Once this is whisked have a pan or skillet pre-heated at medium with some Unsalted-butter melted in it. Add the batch of you scramble special to the pan. Make sure to watch it so it does not burn, pull with non-stick spatula from rim to middle every 6min.
Until thick and non runny.
Take out and plate and enjoy.
