PREVIOUS: Pomegranate Orange Sangria NEXT: South Texas style Polska Kiabasa and Cabbage

Ingredients (6)

  • 1 gal Carlo and Rossi Burgundy
  • 2 cups cheap French Brandy
  • 3 Litres HEB Brand Grapefruit Soda
  • 1 can frozen orange concentrate
  • 1 can frozen limeade concentrate
  • 1-12 oz can Jumex brand Mango juice (found in any Mexican section of a Texas grocery store.)

Summary

I titled this drink “Texas Style” only because a few of the ingredients may only be found in Texas and California. It is really refreshing at a BBQ while you are waiting for the sun to creep away and the shadows to make it to the patio.

Instructions

  1. 1Mix all the ingredients, chill, and serve. If you like a less fruity and more dry Sangria then use only 3/4’s of the grapefruit, orange, limeade and Mango. I prefer to let it chill for 24 hours. But it is good the day it is prepared also.

I make it the 3/4 method just because of my personal tastes.
