  • 3oz sake
  • 1.5oz canton
  • 1 mint leaf/sprig garnish


This delicious cocktail is as good as it looks.You can find it at Upstairs at the Kimberly Hotel in NYC.


  1. 1Add a slightly muddled slice of ginger
  2. 2Pour in 3 oz sake
  3. 3Mix in 1.5oz canton
  4. 4Add ice, shake, strain into rocks glass with ice with mint leaf/sprig garnish
