Mer's Pimm's Cup
This variation of a classic Pimm’s is preferred by CHOW editor Meredith Arthur—spiked with a little extra gin and garnished with an orange slice rather than lemon.
- 2 ounces Pimm’s No. 1
- 1 ounce Hendrick’s gin
- Sprite or 7UP
- Orange slice
- Cucumber slice
- 1Pour Pimm’s and gin over a tall glass of ice. Top with Sprite and garnish with orange and cucumber slices.
