Mac n cheese omelet
- Blue Box of Macaroni and Cheese
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 12 eggs
- Sausages diced
- Shredded sharp cheddar
1Prepare Mac n cheese as instructed. Divide into 4 and set aside.
2Fry 3 scrambled eggs, add sausage until almost done. Scoop a quarter of the mac onto the omelet and fold omelet over.
3Plate omelet and garnish with shredded cheese.
