  • MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder 5 tbsp (30g)
  • Rice, raw 1 cup (150g)
  • Oil 3 tbsp (18g)
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp (3g)
  • Chana dal 1 tsp (5g)
  • Urad dal 1 tsp (5g)
  • Red chilies, whole 4, broken into pieces
  • Curry Leaves 8 to 10
  • Onion 1, sliced (50g)
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves, chopped 1 tbsp.

Instructions

  1. 1Cook the rice in double the quantity of water and keep aside.
  2. 2Heat oil in a karahi. Fry mustard seeds, chana dal and urad dal in hot oil for a minute. Add red chilies and curry leaves
  3. 3dd in the sliced onions and fry them till light brown. Mix boiled rice and salt with rest of the ingredients in the Karahi.
  4. 4Put off the flame. Sprinkle MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder on the rice and mix well.
  5. 5Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
