  • 3 oz Rye Whiskey
  • 1 oz Canton's Ginger Liqueur
  • Bitters
  • Decent quality dry to very-dry sake
  • Ice
  • Lime wedge

Summary

A spin on the Manhattan, concocted in a 9th Street Sake Bar.

Instructions

  1. 1Place Rye & Canton’s into shaker with one or two ice cubes
  2. 2Shake until your hands are cold
  3. 3Strain into Old Fashioned glass filled with ice
  4. 4Fill remainder of glass with sake and top with two to three dashes bitters. Give a quick stir. Garnish with lime wedge.
  5. 5Drink very slow. It’s potent.
