Ingredients (8)

  • 1 tube of (16-1/2 oz) refrigerated cookie chip dough
  • 1 pkg (8 oz) softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup confectioner's sugar
  • 1 (12 oz) Cool Whip thawed
  • 3 cups COLD milk
  • 1 (3.9 oz pkg) chocolate INSTANT pudding
  • 1 (3.4 oz pkg) vanilla INSTANT pudding
  • chopped nut, mini chocolate chips, chocolate curls or whatever

Summary

Got this recipe after given a piece, and it was so good, I asked for the recipe.
My husband not liking instant pudding said he wouldn’t like it. Wrong, he loved it.
It’s a dessert you just can’t get enough of and you can experiment with different cookie dough & puddings.

Instructions

  1. 1Let cookie dough stand at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to soften. Then press down into an ungreased 13″ × 9″ baking pan
    Bake at 350 for 14-16 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack BE SURE IT IS COLD BEFORE NEXT STEPS
  2. 2In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese & confectioner’s sugar until smooth, Fold in 1-3/4 cups Cool Whip and spread over COLD Crust
  3. 3In large mixing bowl, whisk milk with both puddings together for 2 minutes for until soft set. Spread over cream cheese layer
  4. 4Top with balance of Cool Whip
  5. 5Sprinkle with nuts, chips or your liking for top
  6. 6Be creative, change the refrigerated dough and then change pudding to go with dough
  7. 7Cover and refrigerate over night
