Noodles just posted a message with a link to her new website. One of the pages features Yuan Xiao, which is mochi dumplings filled with a meat/dried shrimp filling, floating in broth. My first 2006 discovery! She provides a recipe with helpful photos. Where in SF would I go for an excellent outsourced (restaurant) version? TIA
