Found an old post of MMRuth's for a yogurt chicken recipe. The recipe called to broil it in the drawer of a gas oven for 12-15 mins, however my oven is electric.
The chicken's marinating as we speak....nearing on an hour....and I'm getting hungry :(
Will I have the same results broiling under my electric oven for the same amount of time? Or should I bake it instead? And at what temp?
Any help is really appreciated & thanks to MM Ruth for posting the original recipe.
