Buk Kyung in Union Sq. now has yeolmu naengmyun - cold noodles with green leafy summer radish kimchi. A summertime favorite in Korea. The dishes are posted up on the wall in Korean. You can get the usual 2 diff types of naengmyun, both with the kimchi: the regular one with soup and the spicy bibim kind without soup. I tried the bibim naengmyun for lunch. Good flavor, nice amount of kimchi, comes with some ice cold broth for cooling down. Bit small in portion but I find it's hard to eat too much naengmyun in one sitting.
