i tried xiomara in pasadena friday night, based on the review by s. irene virbila.
i wasn't blown away as she was at the time of her review (however, i think it was written at least a year ago), but wonder what others think?
i tried the ceviche, which was chock full of fresh scallops and shrimp, but found the tart marinade a bit overpowering. i also tried the lambshank on virbila's recommendation, which indeed was falling-off-the-bone tender, but was also a bit too salty.
the mojitos, however, are delicious!
