Okay so it's a stuffed bread and I wanted it to be rolled like a cinnamon roll I guess instead of just wrapping the bread around the stuffing. So I just made the bread with flour, water, oil, and little salt. Then let it rest till it get poofy and then roll it to a large square, layer on cheese, then tomatoes and basil then roll it and put it on a square pan and let it rise for an hour or so then baked it at a 325 degree oven for um...an hour? I forgot.
And then as you can see in the picture the filling has just pressed the bread down while there is a huge air bubble on top! Is there ANYWAY to remedy this?!?!
