Worst brunch yet-Pianos on Ludlow

With terrible indigestion and what may be the beginnings of food-bourne illness, I'll relate the story. Does anyone have suggestions after eating uncooked egg? I feel truly sick.

Apathetic service remembered coffee but forgot to take the drink order, which I had to call out. I ordered Smoked Salmon benedict & green salad. The drink, a bloody mary, arrived watered down and pallid in color, with a stale celery stick as garnish. The eggs arrived drenched with a metallic tasting hollandaise, so much that it enlarged the english muffin like a dish-sponge. Underneath, the poached eggs were so undercooked that they ran clear white onto the plate and were cool to the touch. The salmon was grey in places, likely from constant exposure to heat then rapid cooling when re-refrigerated.

The salad, while palatable at first, revealed bruised leaves that stuck to the plate, leaving behind an unappetizing black residue. All this time, and the server has not inquired as to the meal, nor has he done much but go out and smoke a cigarrette, leaving the place deserted but for myself, my companion (who had an edible but unappealing looking omelet-hashbrown combo). It took far too long to get the bill considering we were one of two occupied tables, and when he brought back the change, he klept the coin for himself. Truly gross.
