I am having guests for dinner, who are vegetarians. I have already made lentil soup (from the NYTimes, delicious!!) and am plannig to make a quiche and a big salad. Should I make two different quiches (perhaps one plain and one spinach?) or would one quiche and a frittata work?
Any thoughts and the quiche and frittata combo would be welcome. Sometimes it sounds OK, and sometimes I think it's weird. Also, any other suggestions would be welcome.
