Woodland Hills- Something's Fishy REVIEW

Definitely a loser. It's been around for quite a while and when my daughter said she was in the mood for sushi we didn't know any of the sushi restaurants in the area so we drove down to Ventura and Topanga to dine here. The food was really mediocre. The waiter had a hard time communicating and only brought part of our sushi order. The miso soup was not flavorful and the salad dressing was not the usual flavor. The soy sauce was too salty if that's possible and the requested ponzu never arrived.
My daughter and son-in-law ordered chicken teryaki as their main course- my husband and I planned to make our meal of sushi. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't very good.
The chicken was tasteless with teryaki sauce poured over it. The plate was nicely arranged but not a winner.

My daughter and son in law are new to the area of West Hills. Where do you recomend they try their next sushi experience?
