I just bought - on a whim I must admit - a package of wonton skins thinking there must be something wonderful I can do with them for make-ahead appetizers. Remembering I live in southern Baja Mexico and don't have access to exotic ingredients - but do have access to pretty darn good seafood - any suggestions?: I do have rosemary, basil, dill, basic goat cheese, brie but no other noteworthycheese. And I prefer things that are mostly make-ahead. Greatly appreciate any ideas.
