Wines by the glass- Wisconsin

An old post was lamenting the lack of good wines by the glass in Milwaukee and Madison. I have two suggestions: Blu, a bar on the top floor of the Pfister Hotel in downtown Milwaukee, and Sommelier's Palate on Oakland Avenue in Shorewood (just north of Milwaukee). Blu is a bit more formal (nothing is too formal in WI), has an outstanding view, and sometimes live music. They don't serve food but do give big bowls of cashews as bar treats. (my favorite nut) Sommelier's Palate is a wine bar/restaurant. They probably have at least 60 wines by the glass, as well as some unusual beers, grappas, single malts, etc. The selection of non wine drinks is small but what they offer is excellent. Their menu ranges from wonderful cheese assortments and tapas type apps to a small selection of upscale type entrees. Everything I've had there has been good. The atmosphere is more lively and casual than Blu. Both places serve wines in the appropriate stemware...I know for sure that S.P. uses Riedel and they have all the different glasses for the types of wine. Both places also offer tasting "flights". I'd love to learn of any other wine bars around Milwaukee!
