Hi fellow chowhounds!
I'll be throwing a wine & cheese party this weekend and i need some suggestions for the wine. I will be serving various cheeses (brie, havarti, gouda, smoked mozzarella), salami, pepperoni etc. as well as some dips and finger foods (spanakopita, mini quiches, sausages). I want to have some good value wine that's a bit off the beaten path (e.g., from different regions of the world like Chile, S. Africa). Any help will be greatly appreciated!
