Hello fellow chowhounders....
I'm now putting the finishing touches on my wedding details. And the stumper is the white wine to serve with dinner. We're having a duo platter for the main dish of grilled beef tenderloin served with grilled halibut. The red we have decided on is the now infamous Fuzion (
shiraz/malbec blend). It's very cost effective.
But the white wine is harder to decide on. We're looking for something frugal in price but still tastes good. We're looking at purchasing approximately 80 bottles. So hence cost is a factor.
Any feedback would be great!
