I did a search and last September someone asked about the restaurants associated with the WCI - the International Dining Room and the International Bistro.
No one responded. I am a huge fan of both the French Culinary Institute's restaurant, Le Ecole (in NYC) and the restaurants of the Culinary Institute of America (in Hyde Park, NY). Culinary Institute restaurants can be great values for a tight budget...and my 'new' house needs a lot of work, ya know??
So, I wondered if anyone has tried either restaurant (International Dining Room or the International Bistro), preferably recently, and could post about the experience?
And does anyone know how far in advance one needs to make a reservation for dinner?
