My Weight Watcher's leader was complimenting our group last week saying that she gave major props to all the people who kept coming -- and losing -- through the temptations of summer. She promised that next week, there would be hoards lining up, whining unhappily about the weight they'd gained since June. Since she's been at this for about 20 years, I have no doubt she's correct!
I, for one, am treating this as the start of a new year. Though I lost weight this summer, it was not quite as much as I'd hoped, but at least I am in a new size and the scale is moving -- albeit slowly -- in the right direction! With my husband, and his temptations, out of town for a much of the next two months, I'm hoping to do well with more control over my diet and meals.
