I usually try new recipes, make them a few times until they are perfected to my taste and consider them part of my cooking repertoire. I'm kinda in a stagnant place right now and am looking to try something new again this week. Recently, I have gotten into swedish meatballs and pad thai (which I both love so much).
Any suggestions? I love exotic food, anything with big rich flavor, has carbs :) and any recipe that can be modified to add lots of healthy veggies. What do you guys think? I need another culinary adventure.
